  • Rice: 2 cup
  • Onion: 2
  • Green chili: 2
  • Small green pepper: 2
  • Refined oil: 3 Tsp
  • Soy sauce: 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tablespoon
  • Large carrot: 2
  • Egg: 8
  • Tomato puree: 2 tablespoon
  • Salt: 4 pinches


  • Take a container and put the rice into it. Parboil it and set aside.
  • Wash all the vegetables very well and chop them finely. Make a fine paste of green chilies.
  • Now, get a pan and heat some oil on medium flame. Put in the onions and sauté on high heat for two to three minutes. Add all the other vegetables once the onions are pink and cook on high heat for three to four minutes. Add the green chili paste and stir continuously. Now add salt, soy sauce, and tomato puree.
  • Get another saucepan and stir fry the eggs for three to four minutes. Now add the cooked vegetable rice to the scrambled egg and combine well. You can easily accentuate the deliciousness of this recipe by garnishing it with fried eggs and chopped coriander.

  • Noodle: One packet
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 1 Tsp
  • Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste: 1 Tsp
  • Chopped cabbage: ½ cup
  • Beans: ½ cup
  • Chopped carrot: ½ cup
  • Spring onion: ½ cup, chopped
  • Chopped green pepper: ½ cup
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
  • Green chili sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon


  • Take a pan and boil the noodles. Add some oil and salt to it.
  • Once the noodles are boiled, drain excess water and use cold water for washing them.
  • Take another pan and heat some oil. Add ginger and garlic pastes and sauté them very well until the mixture turns golden brown.
  • Next, add the vegetables one by one and sauté them very well. Now add green chili, tomato sauce, and soy sauce.
  • Next, put in the noodles and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve hot.
